Reconciliation |

Reconciliationis the normalization of relationships between people or groups. According to John Paul Lederach, it involves four simultaneous processes – the search for truth, justice, peace, and mercy. When all four of these factors are brought together, reconciliation, Lederach says, is achieved. |
