Arbitration

Conflict is not bad. It is the way that we handle it that makes a difference. Sometimes, we need a neutral third party to issue a resolution that will set up a precedent, but we don’t want to spend too long time and money at the courts. It is then when we recur to Arbitration.

Mediation

In other occasions, the parties prefer to resolve their disputes through a procedure that will let them focus on their interests and protect their relationship. In this case, parties will opt to negotiate their dispute or further more, have a Mediation in which a neutral third party will help them achieve a settlement of mutual satisfaction.
